Catalina Sobrino Figaredo

Catalina obtained her PhD in 2021 at the Bochum University, Germany. Her research work focuses on the study of active galaxy nuclei, and the surrounding material, such as the broad line region and the dusty torus. For this, she applies reverberation mapping techniques. She is now continuing her line of research with observational data from ground-based telescopes and from satellites, such as HST.
